The DS-6 Up0- Adapter serves as an adapter or interface to connect digital intercoms Up0 to the DS-6 decentralized communication system

A total of 8 digital intercoms with a cable length of up to 2 km can be connected without additional power supply.

The DS-6 Up0 Adapter integrates two redundant 4 port switches to connect 8 Up0 subscribers to the DS-6 network. Thus, as a single unit, the DS-6 Up0 forms a small network hub for up to 8 digital Up0 subscribers.

In addition, each switch has 4 Ethernet ports for redundant networking and cascading of redundant devices.
